Wing Sing Photo offers one-stop online self-service printing. Upload PDF, JPEG or PNG; PDF page count auto-detected (editable). Choose material, A4/A3/A5/A6, B&W or colour and quantity — each file quoted instantly. One file can be printed in multiple sizes at once (after choosing a size, an "Add another size" option appears automatically), each size with its own quantity and price. Pricing is per printed side (printed sides = pages × copies), tiered per file per size; B&W and colour priced separately. A5 and A6 are priced the same as A4. Only PDF can be single- or double-sided; JPEG/PNG are strictly single-sided only. Optional lamination (100 micron standard / 250 micron extra-thick); double-sided counts as one lamination, charged per piece. Optional plastic or metal coil binding, tiered by total sheets, each copy bound as one book. Minimum charge HK$10.

Important: all printed products have an approx. 5mm white border on all four sides (cannot be removed). For full-size (1:1) printing (please notify us or note it in the remarks), please allow margin space in your design before ordering.

Multiple sizes (same file)

  • Each size has its own quantity and its own price, so you can order several sizes in one go.

Single / Double-sided

  • Only PDF files can be printed single- or double-sided.
  • JPEG / PNG images are strictly single-sided only and locked to single-sided automatically.

Lamination

  • 100 micron: standard, for documents, photos, cards; available in A4 / A3 / A5 / A6.
  • 250 micron: extra-thick, for menus and IDs; available in A4 / A3 / A5 (A6 not offered).
  • Double-sided counts as one lamination; charged per piece on top of printing.

Binding

  • Plastic coil: 1-60sh $10, 61-110sh $12, 111-160sh $14, 161-210sh $16, 211-350sh $20; max 350 sheets.
  • Metal coil: 1-30sh $16, 31-60sh $20, 61-90sh $24; max 90 sheets.
  • Tiered by total sheets, each copy bound as one book, charged on top of printing. Orders clearly list plastic coil vs metal coil binding separately in WhatsApp and the notepad for easy identification.

Can I print one file in several sizes?

Yes. One file can be printed in multiple sizes — A4, A3, A5, A6 — at once. After choosing a size, an "Add another size" selector appears automatically; pick a second, third, and so on. Each size has its own quantity and its own price.

Which sizes and materials are supported?

A4, A3, A5 and A6 (A5/A6 priced same as A4). Materials include plain paper (B&W 80g / colour 100g), transparency film, glossy/matte sticker, coated paper 128g/157g, white card & coated card 250g/300g, 130g tear-proof PP, waterproof matte film and transparent sticker. B&W and colour are priced separately.

Which files can be printed double-sided?

Only PDF files can be set to single- or double-sided. JPEG and PNG images are strictly single-sided only; the system locks them to single-sided and "All Single" stays active.

What lamination options are available and how much?

100 micron standard (A4/A3/A5/A6) and 250 micron extra-thick (for menus/IDs, A4/A3/A5, no A6). Lamination is per piece, double-sided counts as one lamination, cheaper with quantity, charged on top of printing.

Can you bind into a book? How are plastic and metal coil separated?

Plastic coil binding (max 350 sheets, from $10) and metal coil binding (max 90 sheets, from $16), tiered by actual sheets, each copy bound as one book. Files over the limit must be split. When you order, the WhatsApp message and the notepad inside the ZIP list "Plastic coil bound books" and "Metal coil bound books" separately, so we can clearly identify which binding you want.

Will there be a white border? Can you print full-size?
